On the 13^th of March 2024 the SIEMENS Smart Infrastructure (SI) Division staged their first Suppliers Day against the historical backdrop of one of Berlin’s oldest production facilities. Strongly embedded within Berlin’s city district, named after the Siemens founding father, the SI Division is developing and manufacturing state-of-the-art electric grid managing and monitoring devices with a strong focus on efficiency and resilience. 

On September 18^th of 2023, the SIEMENS Erlangen electronics manufacturing plant (EMP) invited a selection of its top twenty suppliers to its annual supplier recognition event in the Franconian village of Weisendorf. For the celebratory Award Night, out of over two hundred suppliers only five partners per evaluation category, namely R&D, Key Account, Logistics, Quality and Best Over All had been nominated for the respective best-in-class awards.
