Amper-Plastik invests in state-of-the-art measurement unit. After the successful introduction of a high-precision, optical 3D-coordinate-measurement unit in the year 2020, Amper-Plastik continues to invest in cutting-edge sensor and measurement technology. With the recent installation of the latest image-dimension-measurement system of the IM-8000 series from market leading company Keyence, yet another innovative measuring tool entered its service. This smart piece of technology with its exceptionally wide measurement area not only significantly increases in-house error detection capabilities and measurement speed but also features an automated CAD-drawing-data matching system.
This year’s Partnerstein-Employer award was presented to a delighted Amper-Plastik R. Dittrich GmbH & Co. A balanced mix of markets with focus on emerging fields like e-mobility, medical devices, engineering, and automation equipment facilitated record figures in turnover and growth for the long-established company in Dachau in the last two years. With further double-digit growth forecasts for 2023 comprehensive investments into machinery became inevitable.
With the installation of a high-precision, optical measurement system at our production site in Dachau, Amper-Plastik continues the forceful investment in the industry of the future. The smart 3D coordinate measuring machine of the VL model series by Keyence allows a fast and contact-free measuring of micro to larger scale components with a side length of up to 500 mm. By scanning the articles from all sides in a 360°-capture 3D images are created to be subsequently processed and easily shared.
More performance in the tool room! This could be the slogan at Amper-Plastik since July 2019. Plastic as a raw material is often seen generally critical, especially by environmental protectionists. However we believe that this is an unjust and incomplete assessment. Since the important contribution of polymers in preserving our resources and reduction of greenhouse gasses are frequently forgotten.
As one of the leading corporations in injection-moulding, Amper-Plastik continuously invests in a modern machine outfit and in automated production processes. In May 2018 the sixth all-electric injection machine was installed in the factory – a Sumitomo (SHI) Demag®, type series “IntElect2”.
